Profile
The successful candidate must have experience and the ability to work on their own initiative, often interpreting customer’s requirements through design into finished items, with or without the use of drawings. The ideal candidate must have experience in the following: Turning, Milling, Slotting and general machining skills.  Experience in mechanical reclamation work, dynamic balancing, welding and metal spraying would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.

Tasks 

• Have full regard for the company’s reputation and the nature of its business. Ensure repairs are carried out to the required standard and undertaken in a time scale that meets production commitments.
• Carry out assessments , inspection and refurbishment of repairs
• Reverse engineer and design
• Dynamic balancing
• Metal spraying
• Carry out working activities in a cost effective, efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Implement working practices and carry out duties as specified by your immediate Supervisor
