Working closely with the system integrator we have developed a full repair and test facility for the Dematic linear induction motor.

Our workshops can rewind and encapsulate the motor, repair and test the inverter and complex control card and perform a full test by communicating to the unit as the on site sorter would. We have also developed a hand held diagnostic tool that can be used on site to monitor the condition of each linear motor, diagnosing faults and predicting the next failure.
