We at Siemens have been using Fletcher Moorland's for a number of years for electronic repairs to Royal Mail equipment. Siemens and Royal Mail have always been more than happy with the service. The fact that during this time only a very few items have ever been returned within the given warranty period speaks for itself.

I have always had a very good relationship with them. They have always been very helpful and honest with any queries and questions that have been put to them. If they cannot repair an item they will tell us promptly which saves time and the problem can be passed on elsewhere.
