Our Repair Service

Over the past 60 years we have earned our reputation for high quality reliable repairs that have covered the complete range of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment used in industrial applications. We have invested in the latest repair and test equipment and follow BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality standard procedures to ensure our repairs work first time. Our commitment is to maximising production time on your equipment.

Repair Turnrounds

Emergency Service - This is the ultimate service we offer. Our workshops are open and manned 24 Hours a day, every day. (That does include weekends and bank holidays) As soon as we receive a repair on emergency service, we will work on it until it is completed. Generally we are able to complete most repairs (spares dependent) within 24 Hours to get your plant up and running again.

Normal Service - This is our standard service level, we aim to complete all normal service repairs within 5 - 7 days.

Collections & Deliveries

We have a fleet of 7 vehicles for UK collections & deliveries. The largest of which can carry a load of 4 tonnes. All standard normal service collections and deliveries are free of charge.

Quotes

If you require a repair quotation, we will assess the unit and send you a detailed report of what work is required to bring the unit back to service. All normal service quotes that are carried out by our assessing engineers are free of charge.

Warranties

We believe the warranty levels we give on our repairs are amongst the most comprehensive in the business.
