This motorized roller is operational again following a major failure.Our rewind department stripped and rewound the 11Kw stator to a full class ‘H’ insulation specification.Our mechanical workshop fabricated a new drive shaft following a CAD drawing that had been reverse engineered from the original shaft.The gearbox was overhauled by our fitting workshop and the roller was assembled ready for testing.Here is one of our most experienced engineers verifying the test final test before the roller end plates are spray painted and the repaired roller is shipped to our customer.
